Availability
Suites on the business park range in size from approx 200sqft (18sqm) to 1700sqft (165sqm). Terms are flexible - the smaller suites tend to be let on a 12 month renewable licence, which minimises paperwork and costs whilst for the larger suites, 3 or 5 years internal repairing leases are normally chosen.
All suites have access to shared kitchen and toilets and so these do not take up space in the areas let. Please contact us for details of available suites.
