Units on the business park range in size from aprox 200sqft (18sqm) to 1700sqft (165sqm). Terms are flexible - the smaller units tend to be let on 12 month renewable licence which minimises paperwork and costs whilst for the larger units 3 or 5 years internal repairing leases are normally chosen.
All units have access to shared kitchen and toilet units and so these do not take up space in the areas let.
